Many people perhaps have never heard this request, as it isn't as familiar as a financial or prayer supporter. However, communication is a very important aspect of being on the missions field. It is so important to know that someone cares what is happening in our lives. It is really easy to come to a place where you feel forgotten on the missions field. Once you have been gone long enough, and people get back into their daily routines it is easy for Satan to attack in this area. It is very common for Satan to throw out the lie that you are alone, and that your Christian brothers and sisters back home don't even remember you.
Our needs...
- Team Members
We are looking for several people who are willing to commit to once a month sending some sort of a letter and/or package to us while we are overseas. - Head of Communication
We are also looking for someone who is specifically blessed in this area of communication to help organize a calendar showing when Team Members have committed to mail something. This will ensure that they are spaced throughout the month. The Head of Communication will also send out brief e-mail reminders to Team Members when they have committed to mail something.
